What is $OISHII?
$OISHII, or Dog Food Token, is an Ethereum memecoin built around a simple idea: every dog memecoin needs Dog Food.
According to the $OISHII community, its story has developed entirely onchain.
In October 2024, 99% of the $OISHII supply was donated to the Neiro Foundation.
By March 2025, the Foundation had fully exited its position, receiving $21,334 USDC.
Shortly afterward, 50% of the $OISHII supply was acquired and sent to Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin’s wallet. Vitalik’s address has since sold 50% of that allocation.
The result is a token with a uniquely Ethereum-native story built around one of crypto’s most recognizable categories: dog memecoins.

2,500,000 $OISHII Up for Grabs
The trading competition is divided into two separate weekly rounds, giving traders two opportunities to compete for $OISHII.
Week 1: 1,000,000 $OISHII
During the first week, 1,000,000 $OISHII will be distributed to eligible traders based on their $OISHII trading volume on VelvetX.
The more $OISHII volume you trade, the larger your estimated share of the weekly prize pool.
When Week 1 ends on September 10th, the trading competition resets for Week 2.
Week 2: 1,000,000 $OISHII
Another 1,000,000 $OISHII will be available during Week 2.
This creates a fresh competition and another opportunity to climb the leaderboard, regardless of where you finished during the first week.
Across both weeks, traders will compete for a combined 2,000,000 $OISHII.
Get a 2x Boost on Volume Gems
The $OISHII rewards are only part of the competition.
Throughout the campaign, eligible trading volume on $OISHII will receive a 2x boost on Volume Gems.
That means every dollar of eligible $OISHII volume counts for twice the normal Volume Gems, helping you accumulate Gems and climb the overall Velvet leaderboard faster.
