Velvet February Update: AI Signals, Turbo Trading, and Smarter DeFAI Tools
Building the tools for AI-driven trading… faster execution, smarter signals, and autonomous strategies on the horizon.
February was another month of building through the noise.
We continued pushing forward on Prompt-to-Strategy, shipped faster trading tools, improved the AI signal stack, and expanded our presence across the ecosystem with events, campaigns, and competitions.
Let’s break it down.
AI Updates: Smarter Signals and Strategy Development
AI remains at the center of Velvet’s DeFAI vision, and February focused on expanding both intelligence and execution.
Prompt-to-Strategy Development Continues
We continued development on Prompt-to-Strategy, one of the core pillars of the Velvet DeFAI OS.
This system will allow anyone to spin up fully autonomous onchain strategies using natural language. Users will simply describe a strategy, and Velvet’s AI agents will execute and manage it across DeFi protocols.
Prompt-to-Strategy moves DeFAI from signal generation to full portfolio automation.
Improved AI Signals
We upgraded the Velvet Unicorn AI signal algorithm powering the TG Alpha Chat, improving accuracy and signal quality for memecoin and trading calls.
Wallet Analysis
We added a Wallet Analysis button, allowing users to generate a full AI breakdown of the tokens in their wallet — including risk insights, positioning, and opportunities.
OpenClaw Integration
We launched the Velvet Unicorn OpenClaw tool, enabling agents in the OpenClaw ecosystem to analyze tokens and execute swaps directly onchain using Velvet infrastructure.
Tech & Product Updates
February focused on speed, trading tools, and overall reliability improvements across the app.
Token Alerts
Users can now set custom alerts for tokens, helping traders track price movements and act quickly when conditions change.
AI Token Analysis
We added a new AI Token Analysis button, giving users quick AI insights directly from token pages.
Wallet Creation Improvements
Added Google Sign-In for wallet creation, simplifying onboarding for new users entering the Velvet ecosystem.
Base Trenches Upgrade
We upgraded the Base Trenches page, making it easier for traders to monitor and snipe new token launches.
Webacy Alerts
Integrated Webacy Alerts, helping traders navigate risky tokens and identify potential threats in the trenches.
Reliability & Performance Fixes
We also shipped a wide range of stability improvements and bug fixes:
Fixed table rendering issues across the app
Resolved AI chart display and cookie modal re-render bugs
Fixed Memescope filtering and display logic
Corrected My Holdings data inconsistencies
Fixed Token Explore page rendering
Token detail pages now load correctly
Clicking token rows now opens token details
Fixed rounding errors in quick trading
Decimal precision fixes across limit orders and market buys

These improvements significantly increased platform stability and overall trading performance.
